PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a tip illuminating lens for endoscope by which the miniaturization of an endoscope top part is attained and which is easily manufactured. SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a tip illuminating lens for endoscope has a process to supply plural glass balls 1 to the bottom surface 2a of a recessed part 3a formed so as to have a prescribed depth so that the bottom surface 2a is covered and the process to obtain a tip illuminating lens by uniformly arraying and arranging the glass balls 1 on the bottom surface 2a without laying over in a perpendicular direction to the bottom surface 2a and mutually integrating the glass balls 1 by an adhesive 4 on the bottom surface 2a.
