PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make this unit thin and to improve the sound quality by providing a slit in a voice coil bobbin, providing copper foil on a rear side, connecting the lead wire of a voice coil to the copper foil and connecting the conducting part of the conductive damper through the slit. SOLUTION: Slits are provided on projecting parts 8a of a voice coil bobbin 8, copper foil 13 is also adhered to a rear side, and the lead wire 9a of a voice coil 9 is connected to the rear side from under the part 8a. And, when a speaker unit 1 is assembled, the projecting part of a conducting part provided on inner side of a conductive damper 10 is inserted into the slit of the voice coil bobbin 8 and is jointed with the copper foil 13 provided in the rear side of the part 8a with soldering, etc. Also, a neck part is inserted into the upper part of the voice coil bobbin 8 and is connected with adhesive, etc., while the positions of the part 8a of the bobbin 8 and the neck part of a diaphragm 3 are fitted in an upper side of the damper 10.
