PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deterioration of a qualitative feeling even in low water delivery quantity by arranging a means for changing an opening shape of a water delivery part. SOLUTION: Wash water supplied to a cleaning nozzle 3 is delivered to the human body through a water delivery hole 4. A top 5 worked in an almost conical shape is arranged inside the water delivery hole 4. A screw mechanism 7 connected to an electric motor 6 is formed on the top 5, and a shape of the water delivery hole 4 changes by delivering or returning the top 5 to the water delivery hole. In low water delivery quantity, a wash water nonexistent central part 9 is provided in delivery water 8 by delivering the top 5. Since an outside diameter shape does not become small, a qualitative feeling at cleaning time is not reduced. In high water delivery quantity, the whole becomes the delivery water 8 filled with the wash water by returning the top 5. Thus, when water delivery quantity changes, the cross-sectional area of the wash water is changed to prevent the deterioration of the qualitative feeling.
