PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of mosquitoes. SOLUTION: A copper member 30 is provided on a required part where water of a gully 10 stays. Therefore, since the copper member 30 is provided on a required part where water of a gully 10 stays, larvae become extinct by an antibacterial action of the copper member even when the larvae of mosquitoes hatch in the staying water, so that generation of the mosquitoes can be prevented for a long term.
