PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an adhesive for dry laminate which takes only a short curing period, can improve the productivity, can reduce the cost for production, can be well applied for coating, and has an excellent adhesive property. SOLUTION: This adhesive is obtained by incorporating (a) a polyester polyurethane polyol which is obtained by reacting a diethylene glycol-containing polyester polyol with polyisocyanate, (b) a carboxyl group-containing polyester polyol which is obtained by reacting a polyester polyol with an aromatic polybasic carboxylic acid anhydride, and (c) polyisocyanate.
