PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To seal and hold a paper container directly with hands by forming an interior protective film layer composed of thermoplastic resin in the heated state and vacuumized or sucked and sealed on the inner face of a paper container body. SOLUTION: A paper container 1 is assembled into the shape not forming clearances by using a square frame-shaped flange 4 formed of a plate board or a corrugated board as a main material and a blank 10 formed of a corrugated board constituted of a bottom face 5 and side faces 6, 7, 8 and 9 as main materials, and an inner face protective film layer 3 formed of the bottom face 5, respective side faces 6, 7, 8 and 9 and the flange 4 fixed by an inner face protective film composed of thermoplastic resin is formed to constitute the container. As the flange is a flat integrated body without overlapping sections, connecting sections or the like as described above, the container can be sealed sufficiently by a sealing cover, and also the corrugated board of heat insulation properties is used for the blank to form a section of storing a content to provide the good heat retaining properties of a content and easily hold the container directly with hands.
