PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure such an optical disk that is less in warpage by making a substrate taken out of an injection molding machine able to be mounted and conveyed in an accurate position without tilting it, and also uniformly cooling both inner and outer circumferential parts of the substrate. SOLUTION: This substrate mounting member is equipped with a base part 302 and a circular truncated conical mounting part 303 being attached to this base part 302, having the diameter of a bottom surface larger than that of a center hole of a substrate 301 and being smaller in a diameter of the top face than that of the center hole, in a substrate mounting part 105 mounting this disklike substrate 301 provided with the center hole, respectively. In this case, an angle consisting of a bottom face of the mounting part 303 and a side face part 304 should be 70 deg. to 80 deg..
