PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut off any kinds of wallpaper material effectively by driving cutting means including a one-sides rotation blade and rotation means for driving the rotation blade in a state where the blade tip is pressed against a wallpaper material to be conveyer from one side before cutting the material. SOLUTION: A rotation blade 7 is constituted to be set that a head apex of the rotation blade lies higher than a straight line of connection from a contact point on an under-stay being a conveying path of cloth 11 to be conveyed within a main body frame 2 to an inlet part to a paste applicator main body. That is to place the rotation blade 7 to the position to which pushing up force is exerted from the lower side with respect to the cloth 11 conveyed within the main body frame, and by being provided to this position, the cloth 11 slicing on the rotation blade 7 by the compression force and a high speed rotation of the rotation blade 7 is conveyed to the applicator main body while being cut. Thus, any kinds of wallpaper material can be cut easily effectively.
