PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily realize a house wiring connected to ISDN through one-touch operation and also utilize an existing wiring and piping. SOLUTION: A plurality of terminal units 10 respectively comprising at least four quick mounting material devices respectively having a pair of wire insertion holes capable of conducting the inserted wires to one another, are mounted on a base 1, and each terminal device of at least one terminal unit is interconnected to each terminal of a modular jack 40 to be mounted on the base. Whereby ISDN can be easily connected to the terminal board from DSU through one-touch operation by utilizing the wire with a modular plug. Further the bus connection can be performed by a star-shaped wiring and piping, so that the house wiring corresponding to ISDN can be easily realized by utilizing an existing home telephone line or the standard piping.
