SOLUTION: An armature shaft 1 of an electromagnetic valve system is divided into an upper shaft 2 and a lower shaft 3. A spring retainer 122 and an armature 4 are fixed to the upper shaft 2 and the lower shaft 3, respectively. At this time, electromagnets 111, 112 are formed by providing rectangular suction surfaces which are short in a cylinder row direction and are long in the longitudinal and vertical directions, and the armature 4 is formed in a shape that a part 4a swelled from the suction surfaces of the electromagnets 111, 112 are notched when the armature 4 displaces up to one displacement tip and the tip part is abutted on a distance block 116. As a result, the armature 4 is made light in weight and power consumption in the electromagnets is reduced.
