PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition having excellent coating and plating properties, and a good balance of impact resistance and workability. SOLUTION: A thermoplastic resin composition comprises 15-50 pts.wt. of (A) a graft copolymer containing a rubber wherein an aromatic vinyl monomer, a vinyl cyanide monomer and an other monomer copolymerizable with the above monomers according to demand are graft polymerized in the presence of a rubbery polymer mixture (c) of 10-80% of (a) a diene type rubbery polymer which is not more than 30% of gel content and at least 100% of swelling with 90-20% of (b) another diene type rubbery polymer, and 85-50 pts.wt. of (B) a rigid copolymer mixture of a rigid copolymer (B-I) which is a rigid copolymer containing an aromatic vinyl monomer and a vinyl cyanide monomer and having a weight average molecular weight of 100,000-200,000, and contains 20-30% of the vinyl cyanide monomer, with another rigid copolymer (B-II) which has a weight average molecular weight of below 100,000 and contains 35-50% of the vinyl cyanide monomer, the rigid copolymer mixture (B) containing 20-50% of the rigid copolymer (B-II).
