PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve EMI resistance characteristics by reducing the length of wiring for connecting a signal processing circuit and a source driver, and avoiding increase in EMI caused by through-holes. SOLUTION: Plural pieces of line memories 222 224 having memory capacities capable of storing video data at least for one display line and serial conversion circuits 501,..., 508 corresponding to the number of source drivers are arranged; the video data for the one display line stored in the 1st line memory 222 are divided into the number of the source drivers; the divided video data each are converted into serial data and transferred to the source drivers, and the video data are restored to parallel data by parallel conversion circuits in the source drivers and divided into eight pieces in 256-bit unit and paralleltransferred to a liquid crystal panel.
