PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nuclear fusion device where the amplitude of the Fourier mode of toroidal magnetic field strength with the same order as that of a toroidal magnetic coil is small, and at the same time the amplitude of a high- order Fourier mode is also small. SOLUTION: In a nuclear fusion device, a vacuum container 5 and a toroidal magnetic field coil 2 being arranged at the outer-periphery of the vacuum container 5 are equipped, and a ferromagnetic member 12 for adjusting the magnetic field is arranged between the vacuum container 5 and the toroidal magnetic coil 2.
