PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the operation device of a switchgear which can control so that the warning is not generated when a pressurized oil pressure can be restored within a fixed time without the abnormality of a hydraulic operation mechanism. SOLUTION: When pressurized oil pressure is dropped to a warning pressure value or less, a pressure switch 4c is turned ON and a timer 5 is operated. After elapsing a preset time, when the contact point of a pressure switch 4c is not restored, a warning circuit 8 is driven by the timer 5 and the warning is generated. When the contact point of the pressure switch 4c is restored, after elapsing above time, in other wards, when the pressurized oil pressure is restored by the discharge operation of a pump and the contact point of the pressure switch 4c is restored, the warning circuit 8 is not driven.
