PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bill data record generating method, a bill data input screen, an account processor, and bill data records which are so constituted that the details of a bill can be confirmed at any time and the generated bill data record can be connected with an accounting process. SOLUTION: The bill data input screen 20 is provided with fields for inputting basic items of a bill such as a date input field (1), a transaction destination name input field (2), a bill kind input field (3), a bill number input field (4), an amount field (5), an expiration date input field (6), a payment bank input field (7), and a remarks field (8) and detail history fields consisting of a detail input field (9) for inputting details of 'discount', 'dishonor', 'payment', etc., a detail date input field (10), a detail remarks field (11) for inputting the cause of the detail, a discount amount input field (12), and a bank name input field (13); and a bill data record consisting of the basic items and detail history is generated at the time of new input and a new detail history is additionally recorded to the bill data record at the time of detail additional input. |
