PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve gas permeability having dust-removing, deodorizing, or antibacterial property and to eliminate the repeated release of odors by molding a multilayer base material comprising an electret layer and a deodorizing layer in the shape of a honeycomb. SOLUTION: A multilayer base material comprising an electret layer and a deodorizing layer is molded in the shape of a honeycomb to form an air cleaning filter. The electret layer is composed of an electret material, preferably an electret filter, holds electric polarization semi-permanently, and catches particles by its electrostatic force. The deodorizing layer contains a deodorant and preferably is a sheet carrying the deodorant. The antibacterial agent means a chemical agent used to exterminate harmful microorganisms such as bacteria. A photocatalyst is a photo-reactive semiconductor having a forbidden band breadth, for example, of 0.5-5 ev and is a material which demonstrates deodorizing, antibacterial, antivirus, mildewproof, and other functions by irradiating cold air light. |
