PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric connection structure of a printed board and its connection method capable of surely electrically connecting a printed board and a flexible printed wiring board with high reliability, and also carrying out the connection with good workability. SOLUTION: A printed board 5 is inserted into an opened recess 2 of a meter case 1, a connection end 6a of a flexible printed wiring board 6 mounted along an outer surface of the meter case 1 is extended and mounted on the opened recess 2, a connector 10 having a terminal member 12 is inserted into the opened recess 2 to hold the printed board 5, and a connection end 6a of the flexible printed wiring board 6 and a circuit part 5a of the printed board 5 are electrically connected to one another through the terminal member 12 of the connector 10. The terminal member 12 of the connector 10 integrally comprises a first elastic piece 20 contacted with the connection end of the flexible printed wiring board 6 and a second elastic piece 21 contacted with the circuit part of the printed board 5, and the spring elastic force is developed when the first elastic piece 20 and the second elastic piece 21 are contacted to one another by receiving the bending force in the thickness direction and the orthogonal direction of a material metallic plate. |
