PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger which enables sure brazing of an opening part of an inlet-outlet tank and a pipe and easy insertion of the pipe into the opening part. SOLUTION: In a heat exchanger equipped with an inlet-outlet tank 6 which is formed by joining two indented members 13a and 13b and conducts inflow and outflow of a heat exchange medium, the fore end of an opening part of the inlet-outlet tank 6 is formed in an expanded shape and a pipe 11 is inserted into this opening part 21 and brazed. Since a brazing material flows into the part formed in the expanded shape and fills it, the opening part 21 and the pipe 11 are connected together closely. Besides since the fore end of the opening part is formed in the expanded shape, the pipe 11 can be led into the opening part 21 easily. |
