CHARACTERISTIC FACTOR DIGITIZING METHOD OF ELECTRICITY ACCUMULATING DEVICE USING NONLINEAR EQUIVALENT CIRCUIT MODE, AND DEVICE THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To experimentally digitize the characteristic factor of an electricity accumulating device by using a nonlinear equivalent circuit model indicating the characteristics of the electricity accumulating device such as a primary battery, a secondary battery, a capacitor and the like. SOLUTION: This characteristic factor digitizing method of an electricity accumulating device using a nonlinear equivalent circuit model comprises a first measurement process for measuring the voltage and current characteristics while charging/discharging by applying the voltage/current of a predetermined discharge rate to the electricity accumulating device, a second measurement process for measuring the characteristic impedance spectral to a predetermined frequency zone on the basis of the current and voltage applied to both ends of the electricity accumulating device or the directly corrected impedance load in a plurality of charging states in the total charging/ discharging zone, and a digitizing process for digitizing the characteristic factor of the nonlinear equivalent circuit model of the electricity accumulating device by using the voltage characteristic measured in the first measurement process, and the characteristic impedance spectral to the specific frequency zone measured in the second measurement process.
