PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate an insulation plate without requiring new facility by providing an iron core having the tooth for winding, and also arranging the insulation plate formed conforming the shape of insulation area and requiring an insulation film to the winding among the surface of iron core adjacent to the tooth surface. SOLUTION: An insulation plate 5 is formed of an insulation area 5a among the insulation regions, formed in identical shape as that of the area covering upper surface of a tooth 2 and the upper surface of iron core 1 and an insulation area 5b formed in identical shape as that of the region covering the side surface of the tooth 2 and the side surface of internal circumference of the iron core 1, and is then arranged to cover the insulation region. In order to cover the edge portion corresponding to the boundary of the upper insulation region and side surface insulation region, the upper surface insulation plate 5a or side surface insulation plate 5b is formed in such a shape as to cover the edge portion, and the end part of the upper surface insulation plate 5a, so that the end part of the side surface insulation plate 5b knock against each other. As a result, the insulation plate can be formed without requiring new facility, and many types of motors can be manufactured in small quantity at a low cost in a short period.
