PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the necessity of a floor rail and to prevent falling-down. SOLUTION: Two fixed shelves 7 having shelf stages are erected at a specified interval on an indoor floor 6 and, on the upper part of the shelves 7, a plurality of beam-like upper rails 8 are provided between the two fixed shelves 7. A moving shelf 9 is provided between the fixed shelves 7, two guide rings 11 facing each other via a supporting portion 10 are provided in the upper part of the moving shelf 9, and in the lower parts of both sides, a traveling wheel 12 for supporting the dead weight of the moving shelf 9 is attached via a supporting portion 13.
