PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wide variety of information relating to a chart cassette, whereas it is a small size and inexpensive. SOLUTION: In this device, in the case where either of three chart cassettes 31 to 33 is selected by the operation of a cassette selector key of an operating part 5, each cassette lamp being installed according to the selected chart cassette is lighted. In this case, a main control part 1 executes its software which displays information relating to the selected chart cassettes such as size and direction or the like of the chart being stored in the selected chart cassettes 31, 32 or 33 on a liquid crystal display(LCD) 41 of a display part 4.
