PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow opening/closing of an open/closed cover even in an small space above a relay transportation unit with simple operation to thereby provide a sufficient jamming treatment space. SOLUTION: An open/closed cover 40 for a relay transportation unit 6 is supported at its end by a supporting member 52. One end of the supporting member 52 forms a first hinge part for pivotally supporting the open/closed cover 40 for up-and-down rotational movement and the other end forms a second hinge part for supporting the first hinge part for up-and-down rotational movement in a space to a base member 50. The open/closed cover 40 has attitude after open being almost parallel to that before open by means of a two-step hinge mechanism of the supporting member 52 so that a uniform-level jamming treatment space may be formed on the lower face of the open/closed cover 40.
