摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand a workable range, and to machine with higher accuracy by making the inside diameter center of a workpiece coincide with the rotational center of a rotary means by determining eccentricity of a distance difference between the inside diameter center of the workpiece and the rotational center of the rotary means from a photographing signal by a photographing means. SOLUTION: A hollow body 400 of a workpiece is installed in a chuck 410, and a rotary part is composed of a servomotor 420 and a spindle 425. The chuck 410 is installed in the spindle 425, the servomotor 420 rotates by receiving a rotation control signal from a controller 440, to rotate the chuck 410 through the spindle 425. A camera 430 photographing the end surface of the hollow body 400 installed in the chuck 410, and the controller 440 detects the end surface of the hollow body 400 transmitted from the camera 430 to determine eccentricity being a distance difference between the inside diameter center of the hollow body 400 and the rotational center to send a control signal to a piezoelectric ceramic part 470 so that the centers coincide with each other and the hollow body 400 rotates.
