PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and accurately perform assembling work of a heat exchanger by arranging a header assembling unit for mutually joining a tube and a header. SOLUTION: In an assembling body of a heat exchanger part in a state of not assembling a header, fins are interposed between tubes, supports are arranged on both sides, and a part of the fins is put in a state where an end part slips out of an end part of the tube. The heat exchanger assembling body is arranged on a table 2234 by a transfer device. When a slider 2454 approaches the table 2234, the header installed on a head mount of a tool body 2455 is assembled on the tube. The tubes is simultaneously deformed by a tool, so that the header and the tube are maintained in a mutually joining state. Thus, a heat exchanger can be accurately and quickly assembled. |
