PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a label from coming into slidable contact with an opening edge of a loading and unloading port by providing a slidable contacting part which comes into slidable contact with a main surface of a recording medium cartridge in a position facing a main surface except a label area where the label for displaying recorded contents of information signals is provided in the opening edge of the loading and unloading port. SOLUTION: Slidable contacting pieces 146 which come into slidable contact with a cartridge main body are formed in a position corresponding to a main surface in the outside of a label area for first and second disk cartridges which are loaded and unloaded into and from an opening edge of a cartridge loading and unloading port 110. A slidable contacting projection 147 which comes into slidable contact with the cartridge main body is formed over tip end part of each slidable contacting piece 146, and also a slidable contacting projection 149 which comes into slidable contact with the main surface of the cartridge main body is formed over the tip end part of each slidable contacting piece 148. Since the slidable contacting piece 148 is formed with different width opened, the cartridge loading and unloading port is excellently closed without abutting each other. With respect to the first or second disk cartridge, the slidable contacting pieces 146, 148 are formed in the opening edge and an opening door of the cartridge loading and unloading port 110.
