PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify a driver of earthquake and to set seismic intensity in the case of operating an alarm device by detecting the vibration state of the on- board installed body and detecting the earthquake occurring, comparing an outputted detection signal with the preset seismic intensity, and outputs an earthquake occurrence signal when the intensity of the earthquake exceeds the set intensity. SOLUTION: An acceleration sensor detects the vibration state of a column 100 of a guide rail as an object to be detected through a fitting member 5, a base 5, etc. The detection signal that the acceleration sensor outputs when detecting an earthquake is inputted to a decision means through a filter. The decision means compares a decision voltage which is generated by a decision voltage generating means and indicates the previously set seismic intensity with the detection sensor of the acceleration sensor and outputs the earthquake occurrence signal when judging that the latter exceeds the former. The earthquake occurrence signal generated by the decision means is passed through a timing decision unit and a driver timer to make LEDs illuminate (blink).
