PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the joint execution method of segments, by which the joints of thermoplastic plastic sheets in the segment, on which the adjacent thermoplastic plastic sheets with the buried projections are disposed, can be joined and unified easily and surely in a type that the joints are difficult to be damaged and on which the plastic sheets with the buried projections are arranged. SOLUTION: A beltlike joint treating member body 21 comprising thermoplastic plastics is disposed among the segment bodies 11 of adjacent segments 1 and the thermoplastic plastic sheets 12, to which the buried projections 12a are formed, so as to hold the edges of the sheets 12 along the joints of both segments 1. Conductive heating elements 22, in which surfaces are coated with thermoplastic plastics, are juxtaposed in the longitudinal direction of the joint treating member body 21 among the thermoplastic plastic sheets 12 and the joint treating member body 21. The thermoplastic plastic sheets 12 and the joint treating member 21 are fused by conducting electricity through the conductive heating elements 22 at that time.
