PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a private-part rinsing device from being stolen or broken by mischief when the main body box of the rinsing device formed as a toilet seat mounting member is mounted on a toilet stool body. SOLUTION: When the main body box 24 of a private-part rinsing device 20 rotatably-holding a toilet seat 14 at its leading end part is mounted on a toilet stool body 10, with a mounting plate 26 prefixed on the body box 24 and inserted between the rear part of the top side of the toilet bowl body 10 and a rinsing tank 12, the toilet stool body 10 and the rinsing tank 12 is fixed tightly. Therefore, the body box 24 of the rinsing device 20 is mounted so as to be fixed on the toilet stool body 10 through the mounting plate 26.
