PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely determine whether an article can be recycled or not by arranging a test piece specifying the frequency of recycling in the past and also inspecting the deterioration degree of the base material and judging the history of recycling and the deterioration degree of the base material based on the test piece. SOLUTION: When a television receiver is initially assembled, a test piece 2 is integrally mounted in the housing in advance. The test piece 2 specifies the frequency of recycling in the past and also inspects the deterioration degree of the base material. The critical number of recyclings is set by the number of the test pieces 2. The test piece 2 consists of a block 4 for measuring strength, a film 5 for optical measurement and a connector 6 for integrally connecting the block 4 and housing and is made of the same material as the housing. Consequently, the history of recycling of the article is judged by a simple structure, and the deterioration degree of the material is determined.
