PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply game balls in a row while preventing ball clogging inside a guide passage by setting the internal width of the guide passage for guiding the game balls supplied from a storage supply means to a delivery means in a specified range to the diameter of the game balls to pass through one game ball in a width direction. SOLUTION: The storage supply means 11 arranged at the back side upper end part of a game machine body 1 is for storing the game balls replenished from a replenishing device on an island side and the guide passages 12 and 13 for guiding the game balls from the storage supply means 11 to the delivery means are arranged in a left-to-right direction near the lower side of the storage supply means 11. The guide passages 12 and 13 are provided in two rows in front and at the back in the left-to-right direction corresponding to the respective supply ports 24 and 25 of the storage supply means 11 inside a passage member 30 mounted to the back side of a back mechanism plate 4. At the time, for the respective guide passages 12 and 13, the internal width of the entire range in a longitudinal direction is formed into the dimension larger than the diameter of the game ball and smaller than the double of the diameter so as to pass through one game ball and the smooth supply of the game balls is guaranteed.
