PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a large recording capacity, high running durability and high reliability for a tape streamer by specifying inactive particles to be contained in a first aromatic polyamide film and a second aromatic polyamide film provided on the first aromatic polyamide film as well as a thickness excluding the first film and holding an ester compound having a perfluoropolyether chain in an upper magnetic layer disposed over this non-magnetic supporting body. SOLUTION: On a surface of a non-magnetic supporting body made of a first aromatic polyamide film and a second aromatic polyamide film provided on the first aromatic polyamide film, a lower non-magnetic layer, made of non-magnetic powders and binder agents, and an upper magnetic layer are provided. Inactive particles contained in the first film are larger than inactive particles contained in the second film, and a thickness excluding the first film is set to be 2.0μm or more. In the upper magnetic layer, an ester compound of perfluoropolyether and long-chain carboxylic acid, having hydroxyl group at its end as represented in a formula, is held. In the formula, Rf represents a perfluoropolyether chain and R1 represents hydrocarbon radical and hydrocarbon fluoride radical.
