PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretched polypropylene film having extremely high antistatic properties and excellent blocking resistance. SOLUTION: A stretched polypropylene film consists of a polypropylene composition comprising 100 pts.wt. of polypropylene, preferably a propylene-α- olefin copolymer containing 0.3-2 mole% of anα-olefin unit, 0.05-0.5 pts.wt. of an amine type surfactant represented by formula I: R1-N(CH2CH2OH)2 (R1 is 5-22C aliphatic hydrocarbon group), 0.3-1.2 pts.wt. of an amide type surfactant represented by formula II: R2-CO-N(CH2CH2OH)2 (R2 is 5-22C aliphatic hydrocarbon group), and 0.3-2 pts.wt. of a monofatty acid glyceride.
