PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a full color image of high quality without light and shade in recording by forming crystalline resin powder protrusively on the outer peripheral surface of a roller body. SOLUTION: A pressure contact roller 13 is provided with a cylindrical shaft 14 formed by molding resin. A roller body 15 with a cylindrical peripheral surface to be larger in diameter than the shaft diameter of the roller shaft 14 is formed at the outer periphery of the roller shaft 14 integrally with the roller shaft 14. The roller body 15 is formed of mixed material of thermoplastic elastomer and crystalline resin powder 16, and a large number of crystalline resin powder 16 are protruded over the whole outer peripheral surface area of the roller body 15. As the crystalline resin powder 16, polyetheylene, polyimide resin or silicone resin can be used. In this case, crystalline powder 16 of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene of molecular weight 200×104, density 0.94, a fusing point 136 deg.C and average radius 30μm is used.
