摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a control device with which a hybrid vehicle is stopped so as to ensure safety, when an abnormality is generated in the drive system or the control system of the hybrid vehicle, and when the normal transmission of a motive force to a drive wheel is difficult. SOLUTION: When an abnormality is generated in a battery management system and when an abnormality is generated in a transmission control system, an engine is stopped (S152) by an injector power-supply stop signal. The control power supply of a first motor and that of a second motor are turned off respectively, the first and second motors are stopped (S153, S154), and a vehicle is stopped. In addition, a contactor is turned off by a contactor control signal, and a motor-A controller and a motor-B controller are cut off (S155) from a battery. While an at-abnormality control signal to the motor-A controller and the motor-B controller is used as an at-normality signal, a state in which an at-normality control operation can be executed is set (S156, S157). By giving a control command which turns off a lockup clutch and a transmission gear- ration command which uses the transmission gear ratio of a CVT as a prescribed transmission gear ratio to a T/M-ECU unit by a multiplex communication operation (S159), the safety of the vehicle is ensured.
