PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a structure, and to lower cost by reducing the exploding force to the required for cutoff of a circuit. SOLUTION: A pair of bus bars 24 as circuit forming conductors are arranged in cases 20, 28, and a moving member 26 is stored in the cases. The moving member 26 can be moved between a constraining position for constraining the bus bar 24 in the contact condition and a releasing position for separating both the bus bars 24, while releasing the constraint in response to fitting of a fitting groove 44 and each contact part 34 of both the bus bars 24. By causing an explosive to explode by a squib 22 inside of the case 20 the moving member 26 moves from the constraining position to the releasing position. Alternatively the moving member 26 is formed with a break down part for breaking one bus bar 24, and the moving member 26 is moved due to the exploding force for cutoff. |
