METHOD FOR SETTING CHARGE-OPTIMIZED COMMUNICATION CONNECTION, SERVER AND COMMUNICATION NODE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method that simply and conveniently sets a communication connection whose charge is optimized. SOLUTION: This method is provided with a server, a communication node (EX1), and a database that stores charges caused in the course of using communication paths (CON2A, CON2B) for setting communication connection. Let a 1st subscriber (SUB1) log on a call request to a 2nd subscriber (SUB2), then a communication path (CON2A) between the 1st and 2nd subscribers is decided to set the optimum cost routing and a communication connection between the 1st and 2nd subscribers is set on the communication path. A charge generated through the communication connection is calculated and charged to the subscriber SUB1.
