PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly durable and reliable hair treatment promoter capable of reducing costs by moving a heater to uniformly heat hair and supplying power through a cord without using any rotary power feeders in power feeding. SOLUTION: A hair treatment promoter is provided with a turning arm 6 turned by the rotation of a motor 3 housed in a housing 2, a swing arm 8 rotated via a rotating means by using the rotational force of the turning arm, a far infrared ray radiator 9 such as a sheathed heater or the like for radiating far infrared rays to a ring shape attached to the tip of the swing arm. Swinging is made by setting the rough center position of the side head portion of a person to be operated, where the folded part of the heater is seated, as virtual point.
