PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make excellent the coating film performance and to obtain a high productivity without needing forced cooling treatment and without a trouble due to the occurrence of a blocking even in lamination after drying by performing finish coating with emulsion paint to which a paraffin whose melting point is specified has been added. SOLUTION: An emulsion finish paint to which a paraffin of 55-60 deg.C melting point has been added is applied. Next, when it is dried, the paraffin components are moved to the surface layer of a coating film on drying to form non-adhesive layer. The non-adhesive layer prevents the occurrence of blocking on loading of a coating inorganic plate. And the paraffin added to the emulsion finish paint is solid at room temperature and on addition mixing, and it is suitable that it is added in the form of powder of average particle size of 50μm or less, furthermore, in the range of 0.1-3.0μm. From the viewpoint of hardness, luster, and blocking prevention as a finish coating film, 10 g/m2 or more as the resin solid contents is suitable.
