PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a tissue papery material capable of sufficiently manifesting the heat resistance of main part fibers and to provide a method for producing the tissue papery material using a general paper sheet forming apparatus used for papermaking because the heat resistance of the main part fibers is difficult to sufficiently manifest when using only a relatively low-melting material as binder fibers from the capacity of a dryer part even by using heat-resistant fibers as the main part fibers in the general paper sheet forming apparatus. SOLUTION: Main part heat-resistant fibers are blended with low-melting binder fibers and high-melting binder fibers to fuse the low-melting binder fibers in a drying part of a papermaking apparatus and the high-melting binder fibers are then fused with thermocompressing rolls to mutually bind the heat-resistant fibers when forming a sheet of a tissue papery material according to a wet paper sheet forming method.
