PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sash pillow capable of efficiently inhibiting the shape of a worn kimono (Japanese clothes) from being worn out, even when the sash pillow is not attached in a tight state, and capable of being easily set to the size of a sash pillow main body in response to the wish of a user, and to provide a cover for the sash pillow. SOLUTION: This sash pillow 1 comprises a sash pillow main body 2 and a sash pillow cover 3. The sash pillow cover 3 comprises a bag-like sash pillow cover main body 5 capable of releasably receiving the sash pillow main body 2 therein and tying straps 7 attached to both the ends of the sash pillow cover main body 5 through rubber straps 6, respectively.
