PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat and thin lithium secondary battery using an electrolyte layer with no problem of liquid leakage or the like, easy in connecting with an external such as a charge and discharge control circuit, and is provided with an external terminal excellent in strength and causing no degradation of air-tightness and volume capacity. SOLUTION: This lithium secondary battery, comprising a positive electrode and a negative electrode flatly stacked via an electrolyte layer, is housed in a case comprising a laminated film including a fusible polymer film layer. A metal foil as a lead drawn from a fusible part of the case to outside is folded along a surface of the case and is fixed on the thermally fusible part so as to serve as an external terminal. |
