<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for hose fitting, a hose fitting, and a hose for hydraulic pipe capable of preventing oil leakage and reducing production cost. SOLUTION: A bottomed cylindrical body part 2a becoming the origin of a socket part 2, a projecting part 3a provided inside the bottomed cylindrical body part 2a and becoming the origin of a nipple part 3, and an intermediate body 10 positioned on the opposite side of the projecting part 3a, disposed in the bottomed cylindrical body part 2a, and provided with an inflation part 45a becoming the origin of a neck part 4 and a seat part 5 are molded by plastic working. After annealing the intermediate body 10, the projecting part 3a is formed into the nipple part 3 by plastic working, the bottomed cylindrical body part 2a is formed into the socket part 2 by plastic working, the inflation part 45a is formed into the neck part 4 and the seat part 5 by plastic working, and lastly, a hole 11 is drilled in the neck part 4 by cutting work.</p> |
