<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily use totalized data by speedily weighting and totalizing investigation data regarding the actual labor conditions. SOLUTION: A 1st totalizing means 22 receives a file having its data format converted by a file converting means 21, totalizes reduction coefficients for all combinations by areas, industries, and company scales by using data (records) included in the file, and stores the results in a reduction coefficient storage part 32. A 2nd totalizing means 23 receives the file having its data format converted from the 1st totalizing means 22 after the reduction coefficients are stored in the 1st totalizing means 22, weights and totalizes the investigation data according to the data (record) included in the file and the reduction coefficients read out of the reduction coefficient storage part 32, and stores the result in a temporary storage part 31. A data processing means 24, while reversely normalizing and sorting the process result of the 2nd totalization means 23, stores the result as a table in the 1st formal form of a relational data base in an investigation result storage part 33.</p> |
