PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an apparatus for supplying highly pure medicine wherein a residual amount of the medicine can be known with an amount of particles in the medicine is kept at an extremely micro amount, and to obtain a method for supplying the medicine using the apparatus. SOLUTION: This apparatus for supplying highly pure medicine comprises a container body 1 made of stainless steel wherein an internal surface is electropolished and a lid 2 with a form which can be joined with the container body. The container body and/or the lid include a highly pure medicine inlet 3 for injecting highly pure medicine into the container body, a highly pure medicine supply port 5 for taking out the medicine of the container body, and at least an optical liquid level sensor 12. |
