PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat bottom bag which is superior in self-supporting characteristics, in display effectiveness at a store, in contents storage effectiveness, and does not form dead space in piling, and also provide a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: This invention relates to a flat bottom bag for at least one face of which a heat fusing compound film is used. A front face member 2 and back face member are placed so as to face the heat fusing faces of them, and on both right and left of the same, each side face member 5 folded in a V shape with the heat fusing face outward is inserted with the folding line inside, and is heat sealed leaving a 45 deg. unsealed part at the inside of top and bottom ends. Next, the top and/or the bottom folding part of the side face member is folded outward in an isosceles right angle triangle. At the inside of the folded part, the V folded top face 6 and/or the bottom face member with the heat fusing face outside is inserted with the folding line inside, and its end edge part is heat sealed. |
