PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a rack from being raised by setting up a sprinkler therein. SOLUTION: This rack for automated storage and retrieval system is equipped with two struts to be installed in front and in the rear, a rack member being projected to both sides from the struts and a sprinkler head to be installed in space between these longitudinal struts. In this case, a water feeding vertical pipe 51 is set up along a front face of the front strut 2 or a rear face of the rear strut, and then a horizontal pipe 52 ranging from this vertical pipe 51 to the sprinkler head is set up through a through hole 21 formed so as to make the strut 2 pass through in the longitudinal direction.
