PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a stabilizer effect by pulling a coupling point between a stabilizer and a lower link member toward a wheel to increase a lever ratio, as well as prevent a reaction force of the stabilizer from acting on a shock absorber as bending moment. SOLUTION: The lower end of a strut member 3 which includes a shock absorber 5 is formed into a fork 6 with two tines. The respective tines of the fork 6 are coupled to a lower link member 2. The wheel-side end of a stabilizer 7 is drawn between the tines of the fork 6 and coupled to the wheel-side end of the lower link member 2 by a rod member 8. In the case of coupling the wheel-side end of the stabilizer 7 to the strut member 3, a coupling point OS between the rod member 8 and the strut member 3 and a coupling point OT between the rod member 8 and the stabilizer 7 are set on the extension of an axial line LB of the shock absorber 5.
