PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the structure which allows setting of the sill spoiler installation after vehicle assembly and setting of the jack point without adversely affecting the external appearance even with the sill spoiler installed. SOLUTION: In this structure, a bracket 3 is additionally provided at an upper vertical plane 2a of a standard bracket 2 and a bottom face 1c of a sill outer 1B by means of the upper vertical plane 2a of the standard bracket 2 and a fixing means provided on the bottom face 1c of the sill outer 1B, thereby allowing the setting of jack point at a lower point of the vehicle body as compared to the standard model. Therefore, the setting of a sill spoiler 5 is possible even on the completely assembled standard model. Further, since the bracket 3 allows the setting of the jack point at a lower point of the vehicle body as compared to the standard model, there is no need to provide a notch for jacking operation or an opening/closing lid. Consequently, there will be no adverse effect on the vehicle external appearance.
