PURPOSE: An image publicizing system capable of remote control is provided to proceed the screen edit of image expression device through the operation of computer command language and to receive and transmit even in the mmiddle of displaying images by using general computer equipments as a server device and connecting the communication network, such as private line, to an image expression device. CONSTITUTION: An image publicizing system comprises a server device(100) for remote control and a plurality of information expression devices(200(1),200(2),...,200(N)) arranged at each different place. The server device(100) such as a personal computer transmits letter/picture files and motion image files to a plurality of information expression devices(200(1),200(2),...,200(N)). The server device and a plurality of information expression devices are connected to the communication network such as LAN(Local Ares Network), a private line, etc.
